About the project

Laura Pausini is one of the most iconic Italian artists worldwide, with a career spanning three decades. Our task was to translate her universe into a seamless digital ecosystem, uniting fan club, e-commerce, and exclusive content.

The goal: build a single, global hub where fans can connect, engage, and access everything from memberships to merchandising.

The outcome: an integrated platform in 5 languages, with 8 membership levels and over 150 products available, creating a digital stage where her community meets, celebrates, and grows together.

The project required a careful adaptation of the visual identity, creating a transversal user experience across all touchpoints. From fan club to e-commerce, every interface was unified under a consistent design system, ensuring that Laura Pausini’s digital presence feels fluid, recognizable, and seamlessly connected.

The new ecosystem merges what were once two separate worlds – e-commerce and fan club – into a single integrated platform. A unified hub where fans can access memberships, exclusive content, and official merchandising, all within one seamless experience.
